Sweaterstop.com was born because we fell in love with the look, the feel, the handmade quality and the pure joy of these designs! Until now, they were only available in a handful of specialty boutiques, and we simply had to share them with you.

We believe strongly in the idea of great value. The ease and convenience of the Internet allows us to offer the extraordinary quality of these sweaters without the overhead of a retail store and sales staff.

We also feel a responsibility to help those who are less fortunate than ourselves. While the artisans who craft our sweaters are lucky enough to maintain a basic lifestyle, more than 60% of Bolivians live below the poverty line.

Sweaterstop.com will contribute 3-1/2% of the proceeds of each sale to the Heifer Project International, to help end hunger in Bolivia. In addition, we'll contribute a portion of our yearly profits to HPI.
